The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial vehicle and engineering organisation for an experienced Parts Administrator to join their busy and supportive team in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience within parts, automotive, engineering, fleet, or commercial vehicle environments who is looking for a long-term permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and internal departments
  • Managing stock records and updating inventory systems
  • Raising purchase orders and checking delivery notes/invoices
  • Supporting the parts department with general administration duties
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting with stock control and reporting
  • Providing excellent customer service both internally and externally

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Parts Administrator, Parts Advisor, or similar administrative role
  • Experience within automotive, HGV, fleet, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous
