Questech Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer The Person: * NVQ Level 3 or advanced apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering. * Further qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (18th Edition) * Good knowledge of electrical maintenance and operation of all factory machines * Good practical mechanical skills * Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision * Commitment to product, quality and safety * Be positive, flexible and hard-working. The Role: * Providing day to day maintenance support to ensure all plant and machinery are maintained to a high standard, to enable the safe and efficient running of the manufacturing operation. * Ensure safe working practices are always observed to minimise risks to personnel with production areas * Ensure that scheduled and unscheduled maintenance are completed for all major items of plant equipment * Ensure that all documentation required for quality, health and safety and environment is completed satisfactorily * Awareness and adherence to the Company’s, Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedures This role is working a continental shift pattern – 4 on 4off – 12 hours Days & Nights The salary will be between £46,500pa – £47,500pa.
