Questech Recruitment have an opportunity for a Minute Taker to join their local Authority client on a temporary basis. This is guaranteed until the end of 2025. You must be able to evident a basic disclosure to apply for this position.
The role:
- Taking minutes in client meetings
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Updating the system
- Reporting minutes
We are looking for:
- Experience of working both as part of a team and on own initiative in a busy office environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A quick learner
