We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner to work for our client who are located in Otley, Leeds, West Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES OF A CNC TURNER:
- Set and operate CNC Turning machines with Mazak or Fanuc controls.
- Programming is an advantage but not essential; editing is a requirement.
- Working in line with company procedures and machine capability to ensure production deadlines are met.
- Adhering to Quality and HSE Standards and policies.
- Ability to read 2D engineering drawings.
- Organised, focused and able to adopt a high level of attention to detail within your work.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES:
- Experience working within a high precision manufacturing background.
- Excellent communication skills.
THE HOURS:
Flexible either days or shifts (days and afters). Fixed days or rotating days and afters / Full time or part time. Days - Monday - Friday 6am-2pm / Afters - Monday Thursday 2pm-12.30am.
THE PAY:
You will earn an hourly rate of between £14.11 to £17.60 an hour depending on experience.
