CNC TURNER PROGRAMMER We are recruiting for an experienced CNC TURNER to work for our client who are located in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Our Client are a long established Precision Engineering company that produces a wide variety of high-quality machined components that currently have an opening for a skilled CNC TURNER Programmer, Setter, Operator to join our small friendly team. We support several βBlue Chipβ customers across the country with their precision component requirements. Main accountabilities: To programme, set and operate Turning Centres with Fanuc control. Experience with other control systems would be considered. Key skills: β Previous programming, setting & operating experience producing 1 offβs & small batches in a wide range of materials, including exotics. β Quality checking your own work using micrometers, bore micβs, etc. β Reading engineering drawings. β Working to tight tolerances. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS: * Minimum 3 years\β experience working within a high precision manufacturing background or Apprentice trained * Experience producing high quality one offs and small batches * Excellent communication skills THE HOURS: You will be working days 39 hours a week Mon β Thurs: 7am β 5.15pm Overtime Available. THE PAY / BENEFITS: You will earn an hourly rate of Β£18 min 257 hrs holiday (includes stats) 4 day working week Overtime when required at x1.5 Working in a modern/ clean environment.
