We are recruiting for an experienced CAD /CAM Programmer to work for our client who are in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES OF A CNC PROGRAMMER CAD/CAM:
- Creating CAD models
- Convert 3D models and/or 2D drawings and programming for CNC Routers
- Reading engineering drawings
- Use 3D Solidworks for 3D modeling and Alphacam for the CNC Router programming
- Office based
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background
- Knowledge of Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, RhinoCAM, or similar CAD/CAM platforms
- Excellent communication skills
THE HOURS: Permanent, Full Time. Days: Monday – Friday 7am - 3.30pm
THE PAY: The annual pay rate is between £28k-£37k, depending on skill and experience.
