Are you looking to embark on an exciting and rewarding career within a fast-paced environment? We're looking to recruit an ambitious and driven recruiter to our close-knit team in Wakefield. We are a leading recruitment consultancy that specialises in recruiting in the engineering field. If you're hungry to succeed and have the desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
The Person:
- Great communication skills.
- Confident, ambitious, motivated and resilient.
- Desire to learn/pick things up.
- Open to external training.
The Role:
- Sales (Phone / Email) - You will be expected to sell eventually, with full training from our operations team and external training. We will give you the tools to pick up business.
- Sales (Face to Face) - Attending client visits with the management team. You will pick up skills of how to conduct a meeting, the open questions to ask and how to close a deal.
- Admin - You will learn all things admin. Our CRM system, how to structure an email to both client and candidate. How to structure terms of business and all things temporary worker management.
- Job boards - How to structure your adverts, advert and applicant management. How to search for candidates etc.
- Candidates - Finding a good candidate, and the whole process of what type of question to ask to open up the dialogue. Finding opportunities for candidates and how to introduce a candidate to a client.
