Role Summary
We are currently recruiting experienced CCTV Drainage Engineers with OS19 qualification or equivalent. A strong customer focus, positive attitude, flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential. Working on your own or as part of a team, you will carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, analyse pipe conditions with state‑of‑the‑art surveying equipment and produce high‑quality reports in both pre‑planned and reactive settings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all information is captured and recorded correctly and for ordering further works as directed. You will also maintain your own CCTV van unit and execute works as directed.
Qualifications & Training
- Full UK driving licence (not more than 3 points)
- Basic computer literacy (including use of internet and email)
- Up to date CSCS card
- Confined spaces certification
- High Pressure Water Jetting Certificate
- Streetworks Card NRWSA (desirable)
- OS19 or equivalent
- Haddams (desirable)
Experience
- Working with main line CCTV cameras WINCAN v7/v8
- Working on groundworks sites with design and construction teams
- CAT Scanning to trace/locate the drainage system using sonde
- Experience in High Pressure Water Jetting
- Working on Public Highways
- Experience in basic drainage plotting and mapping, including interpretation of survey data
Pay
£15.80 – £17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
