We’re expanding our rehabilitation division and are seeking a skilled Patching & Lining Engineer. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in trenchless repair methods who is committed to producing reliable, high-standard workmanship.
Responsibilities:- Complete drain repairs using resin-based patch lining techniques.
- Install full structural liners (CIPP) through inversion or pull-through methods, ensuring long-term pipe rehabilitation.
- Accurately prepare, measure, and mix resins and lining materials in line with industry specifications.
- Oversee the curing process and carry out follow-up CCTV inspections to confirm successful installation.
- Compile clear and accurate site paperwork, reports, and maintain comprehensive job records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, site operatives, and project management to support smooth project delivery.
- Adhere strictly to environmental and Health & Safety regulations always.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in drain patching and lining.
- Proven competence in the use of CIPP systems, resin products, and specialist lining equipment.
- Experience operating CCTV drainage survey equipment with the ability to accurately interpret findings and footage.
- Experience operating Robotic Cutters.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage time effectively on site.
- A consistent commitment to high standards of health & safety, workmanship, and quality control.
