Due to continued company growth, we are seeking to appoint a HGV Driver Class 1 – DISAB Operator / Heavy Suction Unit to join our Ossett Depot.
Responsibilities- Operate DISAB tankers for the safe collection, transportation, and disposal of liquid waste, sludge, and other materials.
- Carry out both local and nationwide deliveries and collections, ensuring adherence to driving hours, route plans, and client schedules.
- Complete pre‑use inspections and routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Safely load and unload materials using appropriate hoses, fittings, and pumping systems.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, disposal notes, and waste transfer documentation.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to coordinate routes and schedules efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to environmental and health regulations.
