Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Wigan/Bolton, with some flexibility to work from home. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, supporting employee relations and overseeing personnel management. The role involves collaborating with others to align HR activities with organisational values and objectives, ensuring a supportive and efficient work environment for all employees.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management
