CNC Mill/Turn Programmer We are working with a key client who are part of the global $7.2 billion publicly listed Corporation. They are a class leading supplier and highly trusted brand within the aerospace industry, manufacturing precision gear splined and threaded components for key clients including Rolls Royce, Eaton, Collins Aerospace, Safran Power Systems, Meggitt and many more. We are now recruiting very experienced CNC Mill/Turn Programmer to join this business. Key skills required of the CNC Mill/Turn Programmer: Must have a minimum of 4 years working experience as a CNC Mill/Turn- Programmer Previous Aerospace experience or similar is required Must be experienced setter operator on Mill/Turn machines Competent in offline programming CMZ Mill/Turn machines and Takisawa CNC Turning machines High degree of proficiency in programming Fanuc control machinery (G & M codes) FAPT and Manual Guide-I is would be an advantage Previous experience of working with a range of materials such as, Stainless Steel, Nylon, Titanium, Inconel & Aluminium to typical tolerance of +/- .001 (0.025mm) and occasional tolerances of +/- .0005 (0.0125 mm) in line with customer specifications.
