We are recruiting for a SQA Engineer for a key client based in Lancashire. My client is a well-established company in the heart of Lancashire who look after their employees.

The SQA Engineer must:

  • Minimum 5 years hands-on working experience as a SQA Engineer
  • Must have a proven track record of improvements made within supplier quality management over the last 5 years at a minimum
  • Experience of suppliers on Quality, Cost & Delivery
  • Experience of PPAP and APQP
  • Ideally, we would like someone from the automotive industry but we may consider someone from the aerospace industry

The ideal SQA Engineer will need to have the ability to sit in front of supplier MDs and influence and persuade them to work with them to move the suppliers forward in regards to their technical ability and performance into the company. They need to be able to audit not only supplier processes but also tier QMS.
