Product Engineer We are working with an exciting client who have been established since 1982. The Group is led by an executive board which steers the business into new sectors, introducing new products to different markets. With this in mind, the process of how parts are engineered is in the Groups DNA β a commitment to engineering excellence and quality that will continue to drive the success into the future. We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Product Engineer to join this business in Banbury. Key skills required of the Technical Product Engineer: * Must have previous experience as a Technical Product Engineer (min 4 years) * Must have experience with the construction of fastener industry (min 3 years) * Previous experience of understanding and reading 2D manufacturing drawings is required – at least 3 years * The Product Engineer must have previous experience of using measuring equipment such as verniers, calipers, shadowgraphs etc. * Knowledge of Quality Systems will be advantageous such as ISO9001 * Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Proficient in the use of MS Office The successful Technical Product Engineer will ensure that the products meet consistent standards and comply with both internal and external requirements, including legal compliance and customers expectations.
