We are working with a well-established client who has specialised in modern precision engineering for over 50 years. They specialise in motorsport (F1), aerospace, and medical precision engineering. This forward-thinking modern organisation is recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner to join their business in Dunstable.
Key skills required for CNC Turner:
- Must have over 5 years working experience of CNC Turning
- Must have hands-on experience setting and operating for over 5 years
- Ability to program (offline using CAD/CAM), set up and run CNC turning machinery - at least 3 years
- Must have the ability to take a model and create an offline program
- Ability to read technical drawings is essential
- Ability to program, set and run CNC turning machinery (Awareness only: our client utilises Haas machines using OneCNC)
- Ensuring consistent quality
- Extensive experience in turning is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills – forward-thinking approach
The successful CNC Turner will be rewarded with an excellent basic hourly rate, free onsite parking and benefits to be confirmed.
