We are working with a well-established client who has specialised in modern precision engineering for over 50 years. They specialise in motorsport (F1), aerospace, and medical precision engineering. This forward-thinking modern organisation is recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner to join their business in Dunstable.

Key skills required for CNC Turner:

  • Must have over 5 years working experience of CNC Turning
  • Must have hands-on experience setting and operating for over 5 years
  • Ability to program (offline using CAD/CAM), setup and run CNC turning machinery - at least 3 years
  • Must have the ability to take a model and create an offline program
  • Ability to read technical drawings is essential
  • Ability to program, set and run CNC turning machinery (Awareness only: our client utilises Haas machines using OneCNC)
  • Ensuring consistent quality
  • Extensive experience in turning is essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills – forward-thinking approach

The successful CNC Turner will be rewarded with an excellent basic hourly rate, free onsite parking and benefits to be confirmed. Hours of work: 39 hours per week standard days + O/T (1.5 times).
