We are working with a prestigious client who specialise in subcontract engineering and they are based in West Yorkshire, producing high tolerance precision components, manufactured to exacting customer requirements. My client is actively seeking experienced CNC Miller Programmers to join their business.
Key skills required from the CNC Miller Programmer:
- Must have experience as a CNC Miller setter Operator over 4 years
- You must have working experience of Haidenhain
- Ability to write programs from scratch for Haidenhain
- Experience operating vertical milling machines
- Experience machining exotic or hard-to-machine materials such as Inconel or Nitronic
- Confident in fixture setup, tooling selection, and work offset setting
- Strong understanding of cutting tools and advanced machining practices
- Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances
The successful CNC Miller will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate, free onsite parking and other benefits to be confirmed.
Hours of Work: 7-3.30pm, Friday 7-1pm on Friday = 38 hours
