Field Service & Repair Engineer We are working with a global leader who have been established for 50 years, they are part of a 7.2 billion dollar organisation. They specialise in design, manufacture and supply for industrial applications. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Field Service & Repair Engineer to join the team in Bedford. Key skills required of the Field Service & Repair Engineer: * Working experience as a Field Service & Repair Engineer is required at least 4 years * Must have experience of maintaining processes and on time delivery. * Experience of mechanical / hydraulic service / maintenance engineering will be required * Experience working remotely on customer installations and managing own workloads is required * Experience of producing reports in MS Word and Excel * Ability to work to engineering drawings * Good manual dexterity * Experience with building assemblies * Ability to work efficiently to deadlines * Flexible and hardworking The Field Service & Repair Engineer / Assembler will be responsible for managing the customer repairs process as well as providing on-site service work at customer sites. This includes diagnosing faults, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance and also carry out assembly work on the shopfloor when there is a no field service and repair work.
