The Role

Our client is now looking to appoint a Technical Sales Engineer to support ongoing growth and strengthen relationships with both customers and suppliers. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on engineering background who enjoys combining technical knowledge with customer interaction. You will act as a key technical point of contact, advising on tooling solutions, understanding customer requirements, and helping to drive sales through expertise and trust.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven technical background in CNC machining (milling, drilling, turning etc.)
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling applications
  • Experience dealing with customers and suppliers, ideally in a face-to-face environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
  • Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset

  • Provide technical sales support for smart tooling solutions
