We are currently looking for an experienced field Sales Account Manager to cover the Irish and UK markets responsible for selling Microsoft Platform Management (MPM) solutions to Named/focused Accounts. This is a remote based role with territory travel to new, or existing, client sites in the enterprise, as required. Experience with SaaS, On-prem, or Hybrid, is highly valued.
The roles main objective is to Driving pipeline and revenue growth and increase market share within a given set of named accounts in the Irish and UK markets.
Responsibilities
- Generate direct business through proactive outreach to new customers/prospects via cold calling and strategic email campaigning
- Works with direct customers and channel partners to identify and qualify sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities to generate pipeline
- Execute on strategic sales and marketing strategies, leveraging value based approach
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers based on knowledge of Quest’s technology, products, and services
- Acquiring new customer and support of existing customers
- Articulating the value proposition associated with Quest software products and services
- Creating and executing targeted account campaigns
- Working collaboratively with the virtual team with – pre-sales, Inside sales, Sales Development Representative, Services team etc.
- Adjusting to multiple demands and shifting priorities while ensuring customer needs are met; accepts responsibility for results of actions
- Working with channel and alliance partners to increase opportunity size and expedite closure
- Preparing and delivering business justifications and executive summaries to key decision-makers
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Software sales
- Familiar with MEDDPICC and ready to use it a on daily basis
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Possessing effective negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Able to provide direction and collaborate with partners
- Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships
Preferred
- Undergraduate degree or Graduate degree
