As a Store Manager you will leading the daily activities of the sales team on the shop floor. Here you will maximise store profitability by developing a culture of high-performance that focusses on providing exceptional customer service and inspirational leadership, whilst being a brand ambassador., * Manages and coordinates the daily operational activities of the store.

Providing an exceptional customer service experience to all customers.

Monitor KPIs and take or recommend appropriate actions to ensure the team are focussed on the right areas to achieve individual and store targets.

Ensure compliance to legislation to Health & Safety procedures.

Implement stock management procedures.

Be knowledgeable & participate in training for all products (current and new) and selling benefits.

Coordinate any VM guidelines or store moves.

Leading training & development of the team and dealing with all performance management.

Overseeing team members’ sickness absences and holiday scheduling.

1-2 years + experience as a store manager or supervisor, assisatant/ department manager looking for a step up.

Have experience in a customer focused retail environment whether that is health & beauty, fashion, gifting etc

Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the retail market

Attract, recruit and develop the best team possible

Good understanding of commercial KPI’s (financial and non-financial)

This is an airside role so you will need to complete a 5-year security check.
