Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Store Manager, you will lead a retail team, driving commercial success while creating an exceptional customer experience.
You will foster a culture of trust, coaching and development, whilst taking full ownership of store operations and performance.

- Having experience as Store Manager within fashion, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or health & beauty retail.
- Ideally having experience in outlets would be a plus
- A strong commercial, operational and people leadership
- A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to improve performance.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and store profitability.
