Quest Search and Selection is looking for a SEO Specialist to support the day-to-day management, optimisation, and growth of the SEO channel. Working closely with the wider digital marketing team, the role focuses on enhancing organic performance across multiple websites.
The company is partnering with a leading retail & eCommerce brand. This business compromise of a multi-channel & retail offer which is available in-store, via 3rd parties and online globally.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing recommendations to improve SEO channel performance and search rankings.
- Suggesting improvements to website architecture, content, internal linking, and other on-page factors to boost keyword visibility.
- Collaborating with content to embed SEO best practices into content creation, including optimising landing pages, category pages etc.
- Conducting detailed technical SEO audits using tools such as ScreamingFrog and Botify, identifying and resolving issues that impact SERP performance.
- Leveraging tools such as SEMRush and PI-datametrics to gain insights and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting link-building strategies and carrying out backlink audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, SEO strategy, optimisation, and in-depth performance analysis.
- Ability to confidently track, analyse, and report on key SEO metrics.
- Skilled at managing tight deadlines and responding quickly to high-priority requests.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and support team learning and growth.
