Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for SEO Manager for this apparel retailer who will lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of SEO strategies across European websites. Reporting to the SEO Lead and managing an SEO Executive, this role will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to improve organic visibility, increase traffic, and drive revenue growth.
This business is a leading international business operating across retail, eCommerce and financial services, delivering products to customers across multiple channels.
The roles and responsibilities of this SEO Manager - Fashion role:
- Collaborate with the SEO Lead to develop and deliver the SEO roadmap across European markets, prioritising high-impact initiatives that drive organic growth.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and improve technical SEO challenges, and page performance, to enhance organic visibility across EU websites.
- Leverage local keyword insights, search behaviours, and market trends to shape SEO content strategies and support effective localisation across European regions.
- Track, analyse, and benchmark SEO performance metrics across EU markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and transferable insights to improve regional performance.
- Create regular SEO performance reports, analysing organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion metrics, and revenue impact to support data-driven decision-making.
- Use search data, competitor insights, and performance analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth across European markets.
- Stay informed on the latest SEO developments, algorithm updates, tools, and industry trends, sharing insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this SEO Manager - Fashion role:
- Having hands-on SEO experience, ideally within an eCommerce environment, whetrher this is in Agency, inhouuse, marketplace or eCommerce
- Proven ability to deliver SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, visibility, and revenue growth.
- Experience managing international or multi-language websites.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, German, Spanish, or Danish (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
- Strong skills in keyword research, content optimisation, reporting, and SEO performance analysis.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and international teams across marketing and eCommerce.
