The role Senior Social Media & Content Executive, to lead the development and execution of social media strategy, driving follower growth, brand awareness, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in content marketing, organic social media, and influencer partnerships, with a proven ability to grow and nurture online communities.

Duties & Responsibilities for this Senior Social Media & Content Executive:
- Designed and executed end-to-end social media strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Built and maintained a comprehensive content strategy with both short and long-term calendars, ensuring the right mix of messaging and formats.
- Manage social media channels, overseeing planning, creation, and scheduling of organic content.
- Produced engaging, platform-specific content aligned with current trends and audience preferences.
- Monitored competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of emerging social media trends.
- Stayed up to date with the latest platform features and best practices to continuously optimise performance.
- Collaborated with external agencies on content creation and worked with strategic partners on competitions.
- Analyse performance through social media analytics, delivering regular insights and reports to senior management.
- Defined measurable campaign goals, tracked ROI, and conducted regular audits against KPIs.
- Actively monitored and responded to customer interactions across social channels, ensuring timely engagement.
To be successful in this Senior Social Media & Content Executive:
- Ideally having 2- 3 years\’ experience in a content/influencer / social media position
- Desirable experience in Fashion, eCommerce, Agency, Leisure, Hospitality or Retail Background though others will be considered
- Skilled in planning, executing, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Strong copywriting skills, adept at stakeholder engagement, and confident in handling customer interactions.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics software.
- Experience leading teams, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent.
