Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a well-recognised retail brand based in London to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business with a strong customer following and ambitious growth plans, where you'll play a key role in driving digital acquisition and online performance.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, customer acquisition and revenue.

Working closely with ecommerce, CRM and creative teams, you'll help deliver a best-in-class digital experience while identifying new opportunities to grow the brand online.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, using data to influence decisions and making a measurable commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy across paid and owned channels.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
  • Work with external agencies to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on key digital marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion and revenue.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and campaign forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce team to optimise website performance and conversion.
  • Support SEO initiatives and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic.
  • Partner closely with the CRM team to ensure acquisition and retention strategies are aligned.
  • Use GA4 and other analytics tools to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Continuously test new audiences, channels and creative to drive performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Manager.
  • Strong hands-on experience across paid social and paid search.
  • Experience managing external digital marketing agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and other reporting tools.
  • Commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth.
  • Experience within retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or another ecommerce-led business.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
