Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Procurement On-boarding Analyst to join a high-growth, AI-powered global business with offices in London, Dubai, and Chicago. Please note this is currently a 6-month FTC, with the opportunity to be extended and potentially become permanent. The business is a high-growth, AI-led global technology business, with a growing global footprint and a fast-paced, scale-up environment. This role will play a critical part in delivering value to the end B2B customer.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve quality, cost, delivery performance, and overall supplier value.
- Monitor supplier KPIs and SLAs, leveraging data insights to identify risks, emerging trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead supplier on-boarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and clear alignment on expectations and requirements.
- Manage key supplier relationships, building and maintaining strong, long-term strategic partnerships.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Category, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure aligned and effective supplier management.
Qualifications
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a sourcing and procurement role.
- Proven experience on-boarding new suppliers, including conducting required compliance and due diligence checks is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial, ESG, and reputational risk data, with awareness of governance and compliance standards within a business context.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, including S2P (source-to-pay) workflows and associated technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and high attention to detail.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and performance measurement (KPIs/SLAs).
- Experience working with procurement SaaS platforms is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of seniority.
