As Flagship Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing retail team, driving commercial success while creating an exceptional customer experience. You will foster a culture of trust, coaching and development, whilst taking full ownership of store operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities of this Store Manager role:

  • Lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive commercial performance through strong operational excellence, customer service, compliance and stock management.
  • Take full ownership of the store P&L, delivering sales, profitability and KPI targets.

  • A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to improve performance.
