In this role as a Brand Partnership Marketing Manager - Beauty, you will lead complete in-store and online partnerships and deliver market-leading campaigns. You will shape marketing strategies, oversee brand visibility across key visual touchpoints, and create impactful offline and online campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy and objectives for the beauty division to drive brand growth and commercial success for both parties.
- Collaborate with beauty brand partners to develop successful, commercially driven marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate with brands to secure supplier funding.
- Optimise campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Manage the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring all channel teams are equipped with assets, information, and guidelines to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Act as the liaison between Marketing & Category Management teams.
- Attend key meetings with strategic brand partners.
- Analyse the beauty industry and competitor landscape to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Content Creation, PR/Talent, and E-Commerce to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate and report on campaign performance.
Qualifications & Success Factors:
- Ideally 3–4+ years' experience in a marketing / campaign role.
- Experience operating at a manager or Senior Executive/Specialist level.
- Experience leading or coordinating a team is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in a retailer managing multiple brands or categories is desirable.
- Strong network and relationships with beauty brands across the industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to prioritise brand partnerships with the wider team.
- Ability to pitch ideas and gain buy-in from brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in central London in a fully in-office role.
- Open to a 12-month contract.
