p Quest Search Selection is partnering with a leading international retail group to recruit an HR Transformation (AI) Partner to support a major programme of AI-enabled organisational transformation. /p p br /p p This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, fast-paced consumer business as it evolves towards an AI-enabled operating model. Here you will help translate AI and automation initiatives into practical people strategies across organisation design, workforce planning, capability development and change management. /p p br /p p The roles responsibilities of this strong HR Transformation (AI) Partner /strong role include - /p ul li Partnering with senior leaders on AI-driven transformation and operating model change. /li li Consulting on how AI and automation will impact organisational structures, roles and ways of working. /li li Supporting organisation design and role evolution aligned with AI and automation initiatives. /li li Conducting workforce planning and capability mapping to identify future skills requirements. /li li Identifying skills gaps created by emerging technologies and helping develop future-ready teams. /li li Leading and supporting change programmes to ensure strong employee engagement and sustainable adoption. /li li Translating technology and AI programmes into clear, practical People and HR outcomes. /li li Working cross-functionally with People, Technology, Transformation and specialist AI teams. /li /ul p br /p p To be successful in this strong HR Transformation (AI) Partner /strong role - /p ul li Experience within HR/People Business Partnering, People Transformation, HR Transformation or organisational change. /li li Demonstrable experience consulting on, driving or implementing AI capability within a People/HR function, gained either in-house or within a consultancy environment. /li li A strong track record of supporting change and transformation programmes. /li li Experience in organisation design and evolving roles or operating models. /li li Strong workforce planning and capability-mapping experience. /li li Exposure to technology-enabled, digital or AI transformation programmes. /li li The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. /li li Someone who has worked in a consultancy proactice within a transformation or people or HR capacity woufl be idealy suited to this rtole /li li CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience. /li /ul p br /p p The Benefits of this strong HR Transformation (AI) Partner /strong role - /p p br /p ul li Head office based – 5 days per week on-site. /li li Employee discount across the wider group. /li li Contributory pension. /li li Subsidised café. /li li Free on-site parking. /li li Subsidised gym membership. /li li Access to wider employee wellbeing and benefits programmes. /li li Opportunity to contribute to a high-profile, business-wide AI transformation programme. /li /ul li /li p If you have a background in strong HR transformation, People consulting or HR Business Partnering /strong we would be keen to hear from you so please apply with your updated CV today! /p p br /p
