Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for an eCommerce Website Merchandiser to play a key role in optimising and personalising the digital customer journey, while shaping and executing the online visual merchandising strategy. This role is critical in advancing the digital commerce experience and requires a customer-first, data-led approach to help deliver on group-wide digital KPIs. The company is working in partnership with a well-established premium retail and eCommerce brand. This business operates across multiple channels, with its product offering available in physical stores, through third-party retailers, and online on a global scale.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute data-driven, customer-focused visual merchandising strategies for the website and app.
  • Manage onsite search configuration and performance across product listing (PLP) and product detail pages (PDP).
  • Drive personalisation initiatives using tools such as Algolia and Nosto.
  • Analyse A/B and multivariate test results to draw insights and provide clear next steps.
  • Support ongoing optimisation projects to ensure best-in-class UX across the customer journey.
  • Identify friction points through data analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user journey during key trading moments and promotional events.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an eCommerce or B2C digital environment.
  • Strong background in website merchandising, CRO, digital visual merchandising, personalisation, or web analytics.
  • Data-savvy with proven ability to interpret A/B testing results and make optimisation decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with onsite search and merchandising tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, ContentSquare, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commercial, analytical mindset.
