The Role: eCommerce & Performance Marketing Lead
This is a pivotal leadership position within the business, responsible for scaling the brandβs global D2C presence through best-in-class digital trading, paid media and data-led CRM strategies. Sitting within the wider commercial team and reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the digital performance agenda across multiple international markets, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention and revenue optimisation.
You will own the eCommerce P&L, lead a small but high-impact team and collaborate with internal stakeholders across creative, brand, product and logistics to ensure an exceptional customer experience and sustained growth trajectory.
