Quest Search and Selection is currently hiring for a Business Relationship IT Manager. This role serves as a strategic link between the business and IT, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment. Acting as an advocate for IT within the business, and for the business within IT, the role is accountable for capturing, translating, and delivering commercial business requirements (BAU & ongoing projects) through IT. This business is a logistics business that provides integrated logistics and supply chain services for both B2B and B2C customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the assigned business area.
- Represents IT in relevant meetings and forums, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT capabilities.
- Owns and manages relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning IT with business priorities.
- Translates business requirements into clear, value-driven IT initiatives, ensuring delivery drives commercial outcomes.
- Leads demand management and prioritisation, balancing BAU and transformation activity across the business.
- Drives delivery of change initiatives (for example CRM transformation), working with internal teams.
- Works closely with third-party suppliers and business support.
- Acts as the primary liaison and ambassador between the business function and IT.
- Delivers monthly updates on the progress of change initiatives.
To be successful:
- Ideally having experience as an IT Business Partner / Business Relationship Manager or IT Business Analysis with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in Project Management, with a transition into business partnering.
- Experience of managing and working with third-party tech partners.
- Has examples of driving innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Can show examples of the successful delivery of projects with business change outcomes.
- Someone who takes a forward-thinking, proactive approach.

- Hybrid working: 3 days in office (there may be some ad-hoc expensed travel to their other office in Kent).
