Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering the organic social media strategy to drive brand awareness, audience engagement and influencer partnerships, with a proven track record of growing and engaging social communities. The company we are partnering with is a multi-site, B2C consumer business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, follower growth, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives, brand positioning, and audience growth targets.
  • Create and manage both short- and long-term content strategies and social media calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Plan, produce, and schedule engaging organic social content aligned with current trends, target audiences, and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and external partners on campaigns, activations, and competitions to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Track analytics and campaign performance, reporting on KPIs, ROI, audience growth, and engagement metrics to optimise future strategy.
  • Manage customer engagement across social platforms, responding to community interactions and maintaining strong brand communication.

To be successful in this role:

  • Ideally having 2-3 years' experience in social media.
  • Knowledge of social media tools, analytics and basic design principles.
  • Experience within eCommerce, fashion or retail sectors is a must (whether agency or in-house).
  • You must have operated at a Manager, Specialist or Senior level.
  • Previous team management or mentoring experience.
  • Strong project management and campaign delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative, analytical and highly organised approach.
