As Ecommerce Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day trading and commercial performance of the website, driving revenue growth while delivering an engaging and seamless online customer journey. This role sits at the heart of the digital function, working closely with Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Creative, and Operations teams to maximise ecommerce performance.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Driving Online Growth
    • Take ownership of ecommerce trading performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

    • Monitor customer behaviour and trading trends to optimise performance throughout the customer journey.
    • Support the delivery of key trading periods and peak retail events.
  • Enhancing the Customer Experience
    • Continuously improve the online shopping experience through effective merchandising and content placement.
    • Optimise navigation, category journeys, landing pages, and product presentation.
    • Ensure customers can easily discover products and move efficiently through the purchase journey.
    • Champion customer-first thinking across all onsite activity.
  • Using Data to Drive Decisions
    • Analyse site performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to test new ideas and improve conversion.
    • Use insight and reporting to influence trading priorities and future initiatives.
    • Support a culture of continuous optimisation and experimentation.
  • Managing Product Availability & Trading Efficiency
    • Work closely with product and supply teams to ensure strong stock availability.
    • Help maximise sell-through opportunities while protecting margin.
    • Identify potential risks and opportunities within the product assortment.
    • Align inventory priorities with commercial and marketing plans.
  • Supporting International Growth
    • Contribute to the performance of multiple international ecommerce markets.
