In this Boutique Store Manager role your priority is delivering an unforgettable customer experience, while achieving your performance targets, and provide strong, effective leadership.
Please not this role is based in an airport environment, so will be subject to 5-year background checks and will require shift working patterns.
Key responsibilities of this Boutique Store Manager role:
- Oversee the daily store performance, team management, and customer experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to execute commercial activities.
- Maintain exceptional operational standards.
- Collaborate with the local HR department on people management topics.
- Identify opportunities and develop actionable plans with the Area Manager to improve store performance and team engagement.
- Achieving store targets and improving KPI performance.
- Create a culture of learning and growth through constructive feedback.
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings to build trust and connection with team members.
- Maintain accurate store administration, including cash control, attendance, stock management, health and safety, and maintenance.
- Monitor and adjust stock levels, implementing optimisation strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organised store and back-office.
To be successful in your application for this Boutique Store Manager position:
- Have Store, Deputy or Assistant Management experience in fashion, home, jewellery, or beauty background
- Ideally have worked in a customer focused, 121 selling environments in a premium retail setting.
- You are interested in working in a travel retail environment,
- The must be able to work the early & late shifts (starting as early as 3am/4am and finishing as late as 9pm/10pm)
- Ideally have strong operational and stock accuracy experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal, written, and IT communication abilities.
