The roles and responsibilities of this Assistant Store Manager – Premium role:
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the store and overall business success.
- Deliver of Commercial KPI’s include ATV, UPT, Sales & Stock control.
- Step in for the Store Manager when needed and take charge of daily operations.
- Drive store performance through excellent service, smooth operations, and strong teamwork.
- Support the Store Manager in building a culture of trust and open feedback.
- Help recruit, hire, and retain a talented, diverse store team.
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications required for this Assistant Store Manager – Premium role:
- Proven experience as an Assistant/Deputy Store Manager or Supervisor/Department, or similar role in retail or hospitality.
- Strong people management skills: communication, motivation, coaching, and building connections.
- Ideally working in a customer focused retail environment
- Used to working towards commercial KPI’s
- Confident in making decisions and solving problems effectively.
- Naturally encouraging and great at leading others toward customer satisfaction and sales goals.
- Performance-driven and able to inspire your team to excel.
