THE ROLE We are searching for a data-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager, EMEA who will oversee, optimise and grow the brand’s affiliate and partnership channels across the region. You will play a central role in scaling performance marketing activity through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and network management—ultimately driving measurable revenue impact and high-value customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Program Management Lead day-to-day management of the EMEA affiliate program across platforms such as Impact, Awin, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc. Approve, onboard, and nurture affiliates, ensuring strong brand alignment and commercial value. Monitor and optimise KPIs including conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, CAC and partner efficiency. Support campaign launches, promotions, and product pushes through affiliate channels. Partner Development
