Job Description
Quest Search and selection is partnering with a heritage premium fashion brand, celebrated for its craftsmanship, quality, and timeless style. We are looking for a proactive Online Trading Assistant to support the continued growth of our eCommerce business. This position requires strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and fluency in German.
Duties & Responsibilities for this role of Online Trading Assistant (German Speaking):
- Manage and update online product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Track and maintain stock levels, pricing, and promotional activity.
- Support the execution of online trading and marketing initiatives.
- Produce and analyse reports on sales, traffic, and conversion performance.
- Act as the main point of contact and assisting with campaigns and customer queries.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, logistics) to ensure smooth eCommerce operations.
To be successful in this role Online Trading Assistant (German Speaking):
- Ideally having 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, online trading, or retail operations desirable
- Must be Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) or CMS tools an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in working with sales and performance data.
