Quest Search Selection are proud to partner with a multi-site, B2C consumer business. The role of New Store Acquisitions Manager will be central to delivering our growth strategy, with a strong focus on portfolio expansion for 50 plus stores each year and maximising opportunities.

Duties Responsibilities for this New Store Acquisitions Manager:

  • Lead end-to-end property acquisitions, from site identification and appraisal through to lease negotiation and completion.
  • Liaise closely with key internal stakeholders including Finance, Retail and HR to ensure all new store openings meet required operational and brand standards.
  • Prepare and present new store proposals and investment opportunities.
  • Work in partnership with senior leadership to identify and deliver opportunities for expansion and diversification.
  • Drive targeted portfolio acquisition strategies in line with business growth objectives.

To be successful in this New Store Acquisitions Manager:

  • Ideally having 5 years' + experience in a commercial property or transactional role.
  • You must have direct retail, hospitality or leisure experience.
  • Experience dealing with new store or branch openings and the acquisitions of new sites.
  • Strong experience negotiating all stages of the acquisition process, including heads of terms, agreements for lease, leases.
