Job Description
Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a leading retail & eCommerce brand. This business compromise of a multi-channel & retail offer which is available in-store, via 3rd parties and online globally.
This role as a Digital Merchandiser (Optimisation & Testing) is to optimised & personalised consumer journeys whilst overseeing the Digital Visual Merchandising strategy. You will be a vital part in moving our digital offering forward and we need you to help be a primary driver of customer first and evidence-based working to help drive towards the group digital KPI's.
Role and Responsibilities of this Digital Merchandiser (Optimisation & Testing) role:
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing data driven, customer-centric visual merchandising strategies.
- Managing onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across PLP & PDP and enhancing the search experience.
- Enhancing personalisation on site and app via search and merch tools such as Algolia & Nosto.
- Analyse and Interpret A/B test results, compiling detailed views of outcomes, learnings and next steps.
- Working on on-going projects to ensure consistent and scalable optimisation practices.
- Use data insights, to identify customer pain points in the journey.
- Presenting recommendations on how we can optimise in these areas.
- Working cross-functionally to optimise experience during trade events and other initiatives.
Qualifications Required for this Digital Merchandiser (Optimisation & Testing) role –
- 2 yers experience within an eCommerce, B2C environment.
- Proven experience in digital, online merchandising, digital visual merchandising, digital optimisation, CRO, Personalisation or website analytics.
- Commercial & analytical mindset who is able to interpret & analyse AB Testing.
- Can give examples of optimising online experiences.
- Experience in with Search & Merch tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Content square, and Excel
