Quest Search Selection is currently recruiting for a Senior Social Media Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering the organic social media strategy to drive brand awareness, audience engagement and follower growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, organic social media and influencer partnerships, with a proven track record of growing and engaging social communities. The company we are partnering with is a multi-site, B2C consumer business.
Duties Responsibilities for this Senior Social Media Specialist role:
- Developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, followers and sales.
- Creating content strategies and managing short- and long-term content calendars.
- Planning, creating and scheduling organic social media content.
- Producing engaging content aligned with trends, audiences and platform best practices.
- Monitoring competitor activity and emerging social media trends.
- Collaborating with agencies and external partners on campaigns and competitions.
- Tracking analytics, reporting on performance and measuring ROI against KPIs.
