You will curate product ranges that excite customers, develop strong supplier relationships, and support category growth through strategic commercial decisions and creative thinking. Responsibilities as a Buyer Non-Food include:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure top-quality products, competitive pricing, and strong partnerships.
- Lead the buying and range strategy for multiple categories and ranges.
- Optimise range, pricing, and promotions to boost sales, margins, and customer satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to launch new brands and concepts.
