As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in inspiring a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The roles and responsibilities of this Assistant Store Manager - Premium role:

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the store and overall business success.
  • Deliver Commercial KPI's including ATV, UPT, Sales & Stock control.
  • Step in for the Store Manager when needed and take charge of daily operations.
  • Drive store performance through excellent service, smooth operations, and strong teamwork.
  • Support the Store Manager in building a culture of trust and open feedback.
  • Help recruit, hire, and retain a talented, diverse store team.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications required for this Assistant Store Manager - Premium role:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant/Deputy Store Manager or Supervisor/Department, or similar role in retail or hospitality.

  • Used to working towards commercial KPI's.
  • Confident in making decisions and solving problems effectively.
