Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Store Manager based in Manchester. Manage retail team, driving commercial success while creating an exceptional customer experience. You will also support other locations across the area when required, providing strong leadership and operational support.

Key Responsibilities of this Store Manager role -
Lead, coach and motivate the team through strong role modelling.
Work with Area Manager to deliver strategy and meet performance targets.
Deliver outstanding customer experience and develop team potential.
Drive team engagement, wellbeing and performance through regular one on ones and recognition.
Set daily KPIs and monthly productivity plans.
Manage store operations, stock, and administration effectively.
Key requirements of this Store Manager role -
Having experience as Store Manager within fashion, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or health & beauty retail.
A strong customer-first mindset with experience in a consultative or one-to-one selling environment.
Excellent operational management skills, including stock accuracy and loss prevention.
A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to improve performance.
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and store profitability.
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
