Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a well-established, multi-site retail business to recruit an ERP Applications Manager, to oversee a major technology transformation, supporting the transition from legacy systems to a new ERP platform while maintaining the stability of existing business applications.

The role will lead a team of Analysts and oversee key ERP implementation activities including requirements, UAT, training, and data migration.

Working closely with business stakeholders and wider IT teams, this is a key leadership opportunity to drive long-term transformation while ensuring business continuity throughout the transition.

Key Responsibilities of

  • ERP Applications Manager
  • Support the local ERP implementation and coordinate UAT, training and data migration.
  • Oversee the support, maintenance, and stability of critical legacy applications.
  • Lead and develop the Business Applications team, ensuring effective performance and delivery.
  • Manage application governance, Change Control, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, legal, regulatory and procurement requirements.
  • Support Capex/Opex budgeting and drive cost efficiencies across the application portfolio.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and third-party service providers.
  • To be successful in this
  • ERP Applications Manager
  • Minimum 4 years' IT management experience, ideally within a multi-site retail environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing and supporting enterprise applications, including ERP, WMS and OMS.
  • Oracle Retail experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting and transitioning legacy systems during major technology migrations.
  • Good knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, ETL and data governance.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
