Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for this lifestyle retailer who is looking for a Ecommerce Trading Manager, to shape and deliver the digital trading plan in line with wider business goals and commercial targets.
Lead online revenue and trading performance, proactively assessing challenges and growth opportunities and taking appropriate action to optimise sales.
Maintain ownership of website performance, using customer and trading data to inform decisions, enhance the online experience, continuously improve site functionality, and work closely with key teams to achieve commercial objectives.

Responsibilities of this
- ECommerce Trading Manager
- Develop reporting and provide insights to improve trading performance.
- Own and optimise the online customer journey across all devices.
- Drive continuous site improvement through A/B testing and UX best practice.
- Manage product merchandising, taxonomy, and site navigation to maximise sales.
- Plan and execute promotions to drive conversion and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure site content, pricing, and policies are accurate and compliant.
- Collaborate with Marketing, UX/UI, Technology, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
- Partner with Buying & Merchandising on range, stock, and product lifecycle.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to inform trading decisions.
- Lead daily site trading, campaign execution, and critical path management.
- Lead and develop the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
