Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated Wills and Probate Solicitor/Executive to join our client's dynamic team at their Sidcup office. The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters from initial instructions through to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters from initial instructions through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Handle all aspects of will drafting, probate applications, and estate administration.
