A vacancy has arisen for a senior solicitor (10PQE +) for an expanding Corporate department in London. The successful candidate will have knowledge across a broad range of company law and corporate matters and be experienced in advising clients in the following areas, although it is not essential to have covered them all:

- Private equity buy outs
- Capital markets work
- Banking
