Duties:

  • Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion.
  • Caseload to include freehold, leasehold sales, purchases, new build, remortgages and transfer of equity, shared ownership.
  • Conducting title checks and reporting to clients.
  • Communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction.
  • Monitor and delegate work to paralegals/assistants.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring that their needs are fulfilled to the best of your ability.

You:

  • At least 3 years PQE experience in residential conveyancing.
  • You will be a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor.
  • Experience handling Freehold and Leasehold sale and purchase.
  • Demonstrable experience handling a mixed and technical caseload.
  • Ability to manage your own caseload on a case management system.
